Help me out with this........

Recently, I started getting these pop-up ads on my screen.

It's the same ones over, and over. They come up when I am typing things, or even pop up when I am not even at the computer.

Can I stop this from happening, or am I stuck with this shit forever?

I found this...it's a free version. I just installed it so I'll let you know how good it works.
