somewhere over the rainbow
Couple I like are Jason Werth and Buster Posey. Neither are really surprise players as Werth hit 27 hrs last year and Posey had 18 in 108 games last year.

Like the fact that Dunn and his 38 hrs are out of Washington leaving the door wide open for Werth and his huge contract to come in and prove he was "werth" the money. Pretty good hitters park in Washington as well.

Posey wont be a secret this year after his performance in the post season and he doesnt play in the best hr hitting park but with 18 hrs in just 108 games last year and the Giants adding Tejada and keeping some of the other power in there lineup he should get plenty of AB's and see enough pitches to make a legitimate shot at 30+ hrs.

Bring on MLB

IMO Albert Pujols will have a monster year to prove he's "worth" the outrageous contract that he is seeking.

Forgive my first post, I didn't realize you were looking for "sleepers". Surprisingly only 18 players reached the 30 hr plateau.

I think Robinson Cano could hit 30 this year.

I'll second the vote for Cano, although his ceiling may be around 35.

Michael Stanton in Florida has a pure power stroke. As with any young player, he has to improve contact rate. I see 36-38 out of him this year as long as the ABs hold up as a full-time player.

Ventura, Ca.
Billy Butler (KC) and Pedro Alvarez (PIT) come to mind. Butler slugged just under .500 hitting 15 homers. A few more might go over this year. Alvarez hit 16 in 386 at bats in his first go around the league. A reaaaaallllll long shot would be James Loney of LA.

Braves 1B Freddie Freeman could be a 40 HR in the future according to the approach he takes at the plate. I would be very comfotable stating he will reach 20-25 HR this year and would not be shocked to see 30.

Jayson Heyward (4)
Mike Stanton (3)
Jay Bruce (1)
Aaron Hill (2)
Youk (5)

I think Bruce has the best chance of those listed, Hill has done it before and if he stays healthy could easily do it again. Health of Stanton and Heyward make them all but locks to do it.
Carl Crawford is another...he's gonna like the short porch in right at Fenway

I like Napoli. The only thing I am worried about is his number of at bats.

He will love the way the ball flys in Texas.

I would stay away from Werth. DC is not a hitters park, it is huge. Werth will struggle also having zero protection in the lineup. I doubt he hits 25 homers this year.

Mike Stanton would be one I look at.
