As Heavyweight champion of the world 7 times around, back when it meant something to be champion and belts weren't swapped with every change in the wind....I know alot about bleeding, alot about taking a pounding, alot about paying your dues.

But for the past six weeks I can't buy a win men. I have lost every way you can think of. Today as example, I have Northern Arizona up 16 at the half as a pick, I lose after four overtimes.

I did very well in football until around week 12 when I took a break. Since then, I have lost every single week. I have lost football games, hockey, baskets...It has become automatic to pay my local guys here every Tuesday, almost like we have a set meeting for lunch. I've handed over everything I made in footbal plus another 5 grand on top of that.

I'm in a bad rut men, I need help to stop the bloodbath I'm taking or old Harley is hanging it up by March.

If you fellas can set aside ego for a minute, knowing we all want to be the best, but in all honesty, give me maybe 2-3 posters for NCAA hoops and 2-3 for the NBA, that if you had to win, these are the posters you would follow through thick and thin. I would greatly appreciate your honest imput here because if I can't put some winning weeks under my belt soon I'm afraid the referee is going to stop this match on account of too much blood loss.

Bet totals. Bet flat amounts. Take the emotional rollercoaster out. Or, just admit you're betting for fun and enjoy the ride.

NBA: follow BleedDodgerBlue, but only on his big games 3-5 stars, especially 4 and 5. The rest he's pretty much treading water. I like him after a bad streak, or when there are particular circumstances. He's smart enough to grasp and profit from the fact that NBA games are to a good extent scripted.

Hawkeye is worth following on totals, although a lot of his picks are not available at the numbers he posts. He's good on college hoops and football totals. Wins consistently at no worse than 4-3 rate over long term, and often much better.

On sides, harder to say. Bad Angel would win the all-around but even he has bad streaks. He's the best I've seen at picking both the side and total of a game.

Money management.

I was in a funk in December and went 0-12. I immediately lowered my plays until this week. Yesterday I was 8-0 across the board.

Teemo is hot in Foots, LetsMakeMoney has been doing well...

Thenoundbook won an MJ's award yesterday for KILLING the NBA...

Another hint is look at new posts and # of views...

Keep your chin up big guy! We all go thru bad spells. Personally I got slaughtered in college football this year and took a week off waiting for college hoops. Since CBB started (I rarely play NBA) I have won back 50% of what I lost the whole year in CFB. I will be the first to admit I struggle handicapping NBA and CFB but am extraoridinarily good in CBB because that is my passion. CBB is what got me started betting at 15 yrs old and the worst thing that happend was that I went 2-0 hit 25/25/30PAR on JamesMadison/WVA and from there it's been a WILD ride as I am 34 years old now!

CBB: Box and One is ON POINT! I Don't follow the other threads much(only been on this site for a couple months monitoring) but TEEMO/Raymond seem to be the Football guys!

Also here is my record in CBB since I started posting on this site. My 5* plays rarely surface but when they do Lock it Down!

YTD Update:

5* 2-0
4* 5-2
3* 7-6
2* 15-10-1

Total YTD: 29-18-1

best advise you could give..

views are nice but without a running up to date record w/units played and the total and or side played is all whistles and bells and guns firing..

don't me a hill of beans.

check out Poon and Toledo..as well

they do there own homework..

there are others who have been mentioned.

I would suggest you tell your local goodbye.

line shopping for the serious as well as the hobby player is critical. if you are in a position to drop 5 dimes..it is manditory

some have free monthly payouts as well as bonus programs..not that bonus programs are real important.more important the houses meet the criteria of your wagering style.

good houses listed to the left of this screen.

best of luck..and for Goodness sake adopt some kind of money management.

without it you join the 99 out of a 100 who lose their ass year end and year out without fail.
