So here is the story:
We got her about two months ago. Very sweet girl, 26, nice looking, a little naive, hard worker, and totally in love with her fiance!
So two weeks ago, she comes over, and tells me, after alot of figiting(sp?) and asking alot of questions about our one year old, it comes out that she is pregnant :scared
She is very excited, but also scared. The two of them had a date set for next fall/winter to get married. Now this!
Anyway, she comes back today, does her cleaning, and my wife and I had a bunch of boxes of baby stuff to give to her. She starts crying, tears of joy/thank-you, and Im sure a good dose of hormones, and tells me that her and her fiance" are leaving for Vegas tomorrow to get married! :scared :clap:
I have been to Vegas probably 1/2 dozen times or so, so I printed off some stuff that I could find for them, and offered up any suggestions I could think of on the spur of the moment.
They are of simple means, and Im sure this little ordeal is going to set them back a bit.
One thing I like to do for people, when they get married, is to send a bottle of champange up to their room on their honeymoon night, but given the fact they are "with child" Iam going to pass on that, and Im trying to think of something better(help me out here).
So to make the long story short, they are staying at the Mandalay Bay, Friday thru Sunday. Apparently, its $750 to get it done there, and they have to go and rent a dress and tux yet. The whole thing happened so fast, I was kind of at a loss as to what to do...........
So I ask for the good people here at Mad Jacks to help with any suggestions, or contacts at Mandalay Bay to speak to, or whatever! I have never stayed there, but have been there a few years ago.
