you can take 90 all the way across ny to you hit 91 in mass and head south to ct from there

or you can take 86/rt17 across the southern edge of ny/pa border all the way to 84 and then take 84 into ct

i think either way is going to be 6+ hours from buffalo...you have rest stops with places to eat and gas up all the way across 90...this would be the safe road to travel for pit stops, gas and food. Plus if you break down there are more cars on the road and cops. There is also a casino off exit 33 (Turning Stone)

EASY, TAKE 90 EAST ALL THE WAY TO 87 SOUTH( THIS IS THE NYS THRUWAY- TOLLS), TAKE 84 EAST AT THE NEWBURGH EXIT. TAKE 7 SOUTH AT THE DANBURY CT. EXIT OFF 84, THAT TAKES YOU DIRECTLY TO 95 NORTH TOWARDS NEW HAVEN, GET OFF EXITS 20-22 , YOU WILL BE IN FAIRFIELD COUNTY , TOWN OF FAIRFIELD, NORWALK, WESTPORT, IF YOU GO TO BRIDGEPORT YOU WENT TO FAR NORTH. IT WILL TAKE YOU ABOUT 7-7 AND A HALF HRS.
