I know some of you are from the Vegas area. I am moving to the area Nov 1st and am looking at this place in Henderson call the Mesa Club. This place seems too good to be true. Its $600/month, its a beautiful place according to the pictures, and they go on month to month leases. Is there something that I am missing or is it a nice place for money and ammentidies. Those of you that are from the area, I am looking forward to meeting you guys and taking some of you out for drinks when I get into town. Thanks for you help in advance.

Fletcher is out of town and can't post for a few days I believe, but he lives in Henderson and can probably tell you about the area. I nearly moved to Henderson two years ago, and he gave me some great info.

Im also looking at 2 places on Temarus St in town by the college. Is that area mainly for college kids?
Senor, thanks for your help....How are jobs out there on the strip? I am looking to be a waiter at one of the chain restaurants like ESPN or something like that. For your help, when I get there, I'll take you our for a drink. I really appreciate it.
