Here they go folks----The champs do strike back!!! Will they do it on Wed????? I believe that they have the momentum back and look for Hernandez to pitch his best game of the year tonight!!!! Cold night in New York last night=---many players(especially the older one's) will be less effective due to sore muscles!!!! Expect another low--scoring game tonight!!!! Why one asks??? I'll tell you why!!! When a team has a hard throwing picture going in the cold weather-------it has an effect on the hitters---How??? the hitter does not want to get jammed because it stings his hands----so they start cheatin and looking for the inside pitch---this allows the pitcher to feed off this by throwing pitches like the splitter--cutter---pitches that the hitter will chase!!! A good example would be Gonzalez---he was looking for pitches inside-=---this allowed The "rocket" to sneak the fastball on the outside corner---occasionaly-- throwing the splitter to mix it up!!!! I believe Schilling will lose a tough one WEd. night---and i believe he will have a difficult time pitching strong in game 7--due to cold weather--------this weather will not allow those muscles to recooperate as fast!!! If the yanks win tommorrow-- which i believe they will-------Lock up another championship!!!

You believe Schilling will have problems pitching in game seven due to cold weather??? At least come up with a better reason than this one. . .

Also, make no mistake about it, this is a MUST win for the Yankees. . . if you can't beat Schilling in your home park on 3 days rest, then you certainly won't be able to beat a well rested Johnson in game six or Schilling in game seven for that matter.

If Arizona takes just one game from the New York road trip, the series is all but over. . . if the Yankees sweep their home games, then we finally have a competitive series.

I do agree that it would be possible for the Yankees to win game seven given that it would be Schilling's third start, but they will not beat Johnson in game six. . .

What I'm saying is that when a pitcher throws in the cold----this has a greater affect on his muscles and the ability to recouperate!!! I also believe Johnson will win game 6--which will push it to 7 and i believe that with a Rested Clemens----yanks will clearly have a better pitching match-up--along with the superior bullpen-------rivera might pitch 2 maybe 3 innings if needed!! The wind tonight is blowing towards right--what does this mean?? this means yankee hitters will be looking for pitches in on there hands---Yanks will try to turn on those pitches---trying to avoid getting jammed... Schilling will have success going away tonight!!! Anytime a dominant pitcher is going(Schilling--Clemens--Johnson)----hitters get in a guessing game---who is going to guess right??? Also look for the yanks to try and bunt for some hits... they want Schilling to come off that mound in the cold!!!

Fellas--get the stats and throw them out!!! They are History!!! FOr Example------Justice was hitting .357 against Schilling and he did not do anything against Schill... Bottom line it is harder to play in the cold!!! It is harder to field--hit----I believe the catcher and pitchers have the best advantage---They are constantly in motion--they can stay loose!!! Orlando will be solid tonight!!! Schilling will break a few bats and sting some hands but i believe JOe Torre(best manager in baseball)---has seen Schilling a few times---and Torre will have the formula to beating this Horse!!! Look for a few bunt attempts--to take advantage of M.Williams and Schilling----My thinking is into this game is that IF Schilling pitches well-----it will go under!!!! If he pitches bad---then the yanks will win!! because i really believe that Hernadez has good enough stuff to keep Arizona off balance!! Knowing all this--- i will play the yanks tonight as a solid dog--and also play the under just in case Schilling has another masterful performance!!! Honestly--i think he will come out throwing hard--but his endurance will be tested----Prediction----Schilling pitches 7--tonight---Hernadez goes 7 also---- Yanks win 4-2

Final play----yanks
yanks--Arizona game under 7.5

Bear, I agree that if schilling is going to be beat, it will be tonight and having said that, yanks might not beat him, but their bullpen. He's a horse and if anyone can do it, he can.

I don't know what to do,I've got the yanks in the series @ 435/300, I need some help.

Thanks
