I see a "speak-easy" type place just off the beaten path with a unimpressive outside. Maybe the building would be an old refurbished store.

I see an old sign, that is only half readable. The outside would be deceptively unwelcoming and unkempt, the kinda place you have to be going in order to end up there.

I think the good DR should be in charge of the waitresses, we may have to hire some away from Mink.

The bar has to have shuffle board, that might be the best bar game.

As for the menu, who needs to eat, just give me a cold beer.

2much chalk would be at the bar greeting everyone with "good morning" and "hello". he would get horse tips in the mens stall and argue with everyone who sat next to him about any topic
