HERITAGE SPORTS CHECK PROBLEM

anyone else have issues cashing a check from heritage sports?

i dealt with betjamacia for years and cashed numerous checks from them.
they shut down recently and transferred my account to heritage.

not sure at this point if check officially bounced. it went into a hold because my bank say that they cant contact the company and heritage sports checking account is closed. seems to me the check is gonna be no-good.

talked to a cust. serv. rep. and she says yeah sometimes this happens. we write checks on closed accounts by accident because we close accounts all the time. wtf is that ?
i can get a copy of the unpaid of check and either keep the money in my account[hilarious] or they can issue me another one?

keep in mind ive already waited almost 3-weeks for my money.

anyone else run into this with heritage?

I've had one withdrawal from them when my Greek account got transferred there. I had no issues and that was last month.

I would try to do a wire transfer instead. Some banks are getting nosey about chks. Some get held even with funds available.

I have all my accounts on wire transfer now. I have not had one issue since this.

heres an update.....

the check from heritage sports bounced today and was from a closed account.

so, contacted them. asked to talk to a supervisor.
he acted like it was no big deal? said they had numerous checks that were written on this closed account. never once said sorry for the inconvenience. told me i needed to fax or email a copy of the check. which i did both. then once they receive it. they send it to their processor who will then verify the number to confirm that yeah its a bounced check. i contact them tomorrow to discuss how they will send new payment.
what a fuking joke. you would think they would be bending over backwards to please me.

i played with betjamacia for a few years before this. this happened once with them. they treated the situation completely differently. the main man in charge talked with me. took my cell phone number. was very apologetic. told me exactly how i would get my momey and which was alot more money that this check from heritage. they sent me numerous western uniuons over the next 2-days to make good for the problem asap. total impressive operation.
i know heritage just took over a bunch of new customers. but how theyve handled me so far is total bullshit.
hopwfully the "processor" confirms that the check they sent is really bad. and theres no other bullshit.
ill keep you all posted.
