I keep forgetting I have it but I know I've had that bottle for 5 years minimum and I use it.

You can't use it on everything like you can with Louisianna Hot Sauce (still my faviorite) and I have tried and have shit piles of hot sauces.

Just ate a pizza and used the Sriracha - Perfect heat. Perfect flavor.

Gonna cook some pasta tomorrow with an italian meat sauce - gonna have to use the chili sauce.
