To answer your question the jury is still out on Trent Richardson, Mark Ingram, and Eddie Lacy........Under Bear Bryant Alabama ran a wishbone offense and used multiple running backs....the 1980s Alabama was very average and in the 1990s we had some great teams and won a national championship in 1992 but no star running backs......
