I think Jaek made it quite clear that he is as tired of it as everyone else. Any reference to his bet or ban should just be moved, shit canned or at least let go.
Look how many threads on page one that are locked and look at the subjects on them. This would be a very good time to take the high road on the whole pot stirring shit, ya feel me brother?

How come when I watch Gordon ramsey and Hells Kitchen they always cook the lamb and THEN slice it?

I've seen chefs get beat in the head with a frying pan for slicing it too early. You're quite the rulebreaker!

You are correct sir. I pan sear them mainly because it's easier/faster and it's nice to get a crust on the outside on both sides.

Just some garlic salt and pepper, not much else. :0074
