I know it is after the outcome but with Jackson on first and 1 out with Raburn up and Cabrerra on deck wouldn't it make more sense to try and see if Raburn could get a sacrifice or full at bat before stealing.Think pitcher is going to attack Raburn more so then Cabreera.Even if he steals and Raburn makes an out they walk Cabrerra.Stay on first and make them pitch to MC if he gets a gapper by chance Jackson could score.Bad coaching to me

Couldn't agree more. With Jackson on 1st and 1 out, I said to my lady that Miggy would get IBB and they'd pitch to VMart again provided Raburn didn't ground into a DP. Then all of a sudden Jackson's stealing...WTF?!

I called my buddy the inning before that happened and said do you replace Cabrerra at 3rd with pinch runner he is tthe slowest runner they could have in that situation.I know it is hard to take his bat out but you are playing for the lead going into the 9th.If Dirks is on 3rd I think he scores,mind you that was a HELLUVA throw from Cruz,but Cabrerra made it look that much better.Had you pinch ran for Cabrerra the steal attempt by Jackson would have made way more sense.

That would have been an incredibly ballsy move by Leyland. If it blew up in his face, his offense would have been even more hampered than it already was...
