heres what i would do as a coach.
i would make the secondary run a marathon everyday next week. screw the next game what does it matter anymore.

kiffin doesn't coach defense. rob ryan is a complete waste of a brain - he is as much of the problem as some of the players are. d hall should be cut immediately and routt can have his spot. it really doesn't matter either way because the talent is not there on the dline and the schemes are bad in general. why the corners gave up a 10 yd cushion all night i'll never know.
sadly, zach miller was held on the first possession that probably cost us a td. there were several drops by receivers that are inexcuseable. the defense played flat out terriblle, but there were problems on offense as well.
after a pitiful loss like that everyone looks for someone to blame - can't look any further than big Al. until he is gone and the franchise is ran properly we will continue to suck. he got lucky with Gruden. look at the team prior to gruden after firing art shell the first time. oh well, another long season awaits.

I dont think its possible to cut Hall after paying him 70 million over 10 years or whatever it was.
Hall plays off his man 10 yds because he is slow and needs the room. Hall is not a tough tackler and would rather not unless the runners are coming right at him and he has no choice. Seen that several times last night. Hall continues to lose his temper when he gets beat , which is alot, and then he will foul just because he is pissed off ( see Steve Smith - Carolina every year )
Not to mention Halls overall team attitude sucks. He was disliked by over half the Falcons team and the others didnt really give a shit.

....also i think jay cutler summed it up best after the game when he ws asked to comment on WHEN TOLD AT THE PRESS CONFERENCE THAT THE RAIDERS SAID THEY WERE OUTSCHEMED BY DENVER...
