the blood isn't dripping BUT pouring now:shrug: ...could have won $965 if you faded me yesterday...taking some time off...was up 70 units at one time now it is down to 30(less) or so...man 2003 has been a disaster to say the least...I NEED A BREAK...funny thing I knew I needed a break after last saturday when i lost 22 units in ONE DAY but liked Col/Chi so i won 16 units of it back so was up 48 units...i even said it would be wise for me to take a break mon to wed to cool off...but did I listen to myself nooo:nono: ...lost 20 units in 5 days(though 3 of my 5 were profit days but only around 0.30 or 0.60 units-not much when lose 10.00 units & over the the other days)....i know i wil get out of this funk just need some of my confidence(sp?) back that is SO IMPORTANT(haven't had it since Sunday eventhough I won BIG Sunday)

but if u want to make some $$$ off of me

Sorry, bud. Everyone hits a bad skid or 2 every season, no matter how good you are. It's just the law of averages, especially as many plays as we make per day. Take a couple of days off and come back strong, take it from someone who's done that twice this season already. The good news is that even on this terrible streak, you're still way in the black. Not many cappers can say that.

As a side note, just out of curiosity I've been tracking some pay hockey services on the net. We have more cappers with better records, better results than ANYONE I've found. That speaks volumes about how great this puck forum is. AND ALL THE PICKS ARE FREE!!

Oh yeah, I like Yotes-.5, and SJ ML also, and not fading them, either. We're still hitting at a high rate when we're on the same sides.

just to let u know I never wagered on these plays I just placed them so people can make $$$ off of fading my picks

STILL ON MY BREAK ...might be back in a week (I seriously think i NEED THAT long of a time)...since the end of dec i have been on a rollor coaster ride...i AM SO LUCKY I am still in the plus

maybe I should have been fading my own picks the last 2 days but i can't seem to pick the team i think will lose:shrug:

maybe i am just a 1st half success, like Potvin(he is 2nd half though)...every year I do GREAT oct-jan bad Jan-April then make $$$ again in the playoffs
