Hockey Cappers

Last year I was my first season dabbling with the NHL. Nothing major a few picks here and there. I ve been told from a good source. The same movement I watch in Bases can also be applied to NHL. So Im going to give it a shot. Now what I would like is some info on a few solid shops for Hockey that include ML wagering, reduced vig and Dime lines. I noticed last year many shops not offering ML's at all, let alone dime lines. Besides Pinnacle, I have it narrowed down to these shops.....

Canbet.....dont like them much though. there bases lines are highly overrated. Bogus dime line. They have finally caught on though with a 10% bonus as a few other low vig books are starting to pop up.

BetAustralia......Solid and very safe.

BetPanAm.....the next Pinnacle in the making IMO. But still very very new.

5 Dimes.....another solid outfit IMO

Blue Marlin.....Not sure if they offer dime lines in NHL

AllWorld

Grande

BetJaimaca

Hollywood

Would like to get into 3 of these for NHL..

Input appreciated thanks.....Antonio

The last i talked to some of the sponsoring Madjacksports books some are still on the fence on what they are going to offer for the NHL.

PINNACLE

will be the staple with offering of reduced line.

WSEX

had very good line movement on sides and offered puckline/moneyline etc.

BETCRIS

would be my number one option for totals in the NHL along with OLYMPIC

also like the way SIRBET handle their nhl lines last season.

need another 2 weeks or so to finialize what will be happening this season with all the sponsors and will report back, things change sometimes from season to season.

Antonio-

The only books that I know for sure that are going to offer reduced juice for hockey are Pinnacle, Canbet, and BetPanam.

I would guess that BetAustralia and Hollywood might offer reduced juice but not sure.

Let us know if you find any others-

Thanks,

Chenks

Great to see you over here, brother. It's almost time:D

Horny's right, Pinnacle is by far my most favorite book for hockey. Their overnite lines are very soft on the doggies and their lines usually catch up to the rest of the pack by the morning. Pinnacle moves lines faster than anyone I know, also, so often if there's breaking news, or late goalie change (like Chenker replacing Hasek before game time:D), you can usually find a much better line at some other books.

As far as monitoring line movements, I only watch it out of curiosity, but never have tried betting strictly due to the movement like baseball. I may make a last minute decision on a team that I have leans on based on line movement, but don't have the stats to say if it was profitable or not. I know Cooz tried playing line movements using Pinnacle as a guideline and he had some success, especially on totals, I think. Generally, though, if I bet a dog at, say, +120, and thruout the day it moved to +140, it actually makes me feel better about my pick than seeing it move to +110, just because I think there's a much higher number of "public money"......PERCENTAGE-WISE in hockey than in other sports.

And you absolutely NEED to find books that offer ML, especially on the doggies. There's no reason to bet on a dog if you don't think it's gonna win out right. Plus if the game ends in a tie, you don't lose any money. The extra 50 cents is not worth it, and will cost you more winnings over the long run. I went almost exclusively playing ML when I played a dog last yr, and it made a world of difference. JMHO.

1. 5 Dimes...why are these guys offered on madjacks now??? i thought they were "shady"
2. Pinnacle
3. Olympic

Carib has the fastest payout(i live in Canada) & in 1-2 days i get my $$$ by fed. Others it takes 4- 5 days. But Carib's site is always down when I NEED to use it plus there lines are 2 sharp.

worst books:
1. SBG
2. Sports Interaction

btw did anyone see potvins game tonight, i like that guy but he was brutal allowing 6 goals, ouch. The cat needs a team that plays D ONLY.

all good suggestions :)

here are mine:

options options options..........sportsbook should have Moneyline, Point Spread (+1.5 goals, +0.5 goals etc.) and Over/Under.....I myself would be very unhappy if a book didn't have MoneyLine

ya know...most books in Nevada do NOT have MoneyLine...what a load of crap that is

Good afternoon all,

What's the word on the street for Tropic Sports, i.e., Bettropics?

They don't offer a moneyline, at least they didn't last year.

GO KINGS GO!!!
