yes it is legal...he kepts his stick below the crossbar, thus a legal play.

how the heck did he manage to lift the puck, LEAN OVER THE BACK OF THE NET and drop it against the goalie's neck... and keep his stick below the crossbar?

watch carefully. he goes well over the height of the crossbar.

based on that rule, it seems legal...

cradling the puck (above the shoulders). Doesn't look like his stick was above his shoulders.

Marine, look at when he lets go of the puck. Watch carefully, he throws the puck over the goal from behind (and below the crossbar). He doesn't lift it over the net and drop it in. He tosses it over and it hits the goalie. His stick goes above the net, but after he lets go of the puck
