Hofstra's last four performances (to be kind) are less than desirable...four consecutive loss/no covers. Shape up, Hofstra! Delaware, otoh, has won/covered three of their last four. In addition, Hofstra hasn't beaten Delaware by 10 since Hector was a pup.

So why, in the name of anything that makes handicapping sense, did this line open -10?

We had about 3-4 inches (I'm in Turtle Creek - 11 miles east of the city)...thank goodness most of the heavy stuff was north of us, but it's still a mess. Current temp is 20, but it feels like 5. I'm wearing long johns. Took my gloves off to type this message.

Buddy,nice job on Hofstra.I played them but didn't post it.To many games.But I love this team.I took ODU the other nite +1 vs the Pride only because of the ODU matchups.Loughton in the middle will cause problems for them.
But Pecora isn't the greatest bench coach.I had one of my kids play for him when he was at Farmingdale yrs ago.Great guy.But he has done an outstanding recruiting job taken kids away from manhattan,Johnnies,etc

Thanks for the comment. Oh man, what a season! Seems like the linesmaker has come out with a vengance. What a tricky bugger!

I've been doing my homework, but reviewing matchups / outcomes is tedious and time-consuming. Yesterday, I thought Central Mich + had half a chance @ AKRON. Man, was I wrong! I'm about to find out why.

Btw, don't count the Steelers out. Cowher can coach.
