who's more qualified to answer than former players actually hall of famers. Deion sanders said "no it was officiated that way whole game and look at crabtrees reation exactly there was none what nfl receiver doesn't react in that situation one that knows its not a penalty". Marshall faulk said no. Michael Irving no Crabtree slowed his route mistake 1 he initiated contact mistake 2 ref can't make that call. Good enough for me.
Like this post a lot
And the biggest thing to me,
It wasn't catchable
So can't call it....
Holding all the way. The only reason for the push off was to get free from the grab wrapped around him. Refs didn't have the balls to make the call. And you can't compare other games to this, the refs are sooooo inconsistant from game to game.
SF blew it with their play calling. Balt. didn't stop their 3 back look all night, but SF didn't run the ball. Only run was the play they didn't get off because of the T.O. called.
Bottom line is that 2 SF turnovers killed drives and their defense and special teams gave up big plays. Niners played like dog shit for 50 minutes.
it`s going to be one fun offseason,eh compadre?........ :0074
with no remorse..:toast:
"No do-overs in pro sports"
Yes it was holding. Just because it is the end of the game you do not throw the rule book away. If anything it is more important on that play than any other.
well,if all you "holders" want to rewrite history, the falcons should have another shot at scoring because tony gonzales was held on their 4th down play during the final drive deep in frisco territory....
so,maybe frisco didn`t belong there in the first place...
lets keep extrapolating backward and see if we can figure out who kidnapped the lindbergh baby....
