CLEEEEAR!!

Baylor went on an inexplicable 3 game run to end the season, including wins over then #1 Kansas St and then #23 Oklahoma St. Their defense, beleaguered all year, found its groove. They finish a respectable 7-5 in year one of post RG3.

UCLA made a remarkable turnaround this year going 9-4 this year (2 losses to Stanford) after going 6-7 last year during the regular season before losing to Illinois in their bowl game.

Baylor's defense was beyond horrible most of the year. Even during their 3 game streak to finish the year, they averaged 34 points per game allowed. It has been 26 days since their last game. I believe that is the worse possible scenario for a defense that finally found a rhythm.

UCLA averaged over 35 points per game against defenses better than Baylor's. The Bruins have a well balanced attack and I see them moving the ball at will tonight. The run attack behind Jonathan Franklin will set up the pass and the Bears will not be able to keep up. The weather is perfect in San Diego, cool, clear, with calm winds.

Baylor will have some success offensively, but will not be able to keep up with the Bruins this evening. Baylor's only hope is to win the turnover battle big (+3 or more).

PREDICTION: UCLA 52 BAYLOR 31

PLAY: UCLA -3
PLAY: UCLA Team Total OVER 42

Good Luck All
