Playing based on your set limits what type of bankroll do you need to start off?

personally one unit to me is 1% of my bankroll.

Just wanted to make sure that I am understanding this correctly. You take St Louis last night 200/100. They Lose. Then Game 2 (Im not even sure what the line was) lets say they are -200 once again. so you bet 600/300? Lets say they lose. You are now down 800 for the series. Game 3 they are -200 once again. So for the final game would you put 1800/900? Then they get swept. You have lost 2600 for the series. Do you then chase still with the Cardinals or raise the amount you want too win on each individual series to something like 150. Just wanted to clarify this - system sounds very good and want to possibly start, but want to make sure I have everything right.

yes, roughly that is it. But if i were to be playing to win $100 like that on every game, id make sure my bankroll was minimum of $10,000. If i were to lose that series, id make the decision either to go to game 4 next time they were at home, OR divide up my losses and incorporate it into the next series of chases.

If the YTD is 48-0, why isn't the # of units won so far 48 units?

because there are still pending plays.

You mentioned that the Yanks got swept at home by KC last year.

I could have sworn that the series was in KC.

I could be wrong though.
