Anybody have one and are you happy with it?

I had Fidelity and was happy with them but didnt renew. Now of course one of my AC units stop working, in the worst month in Vegas

I signed up for another Home Warranty yesterday and put in a claim today on the AC Ill let you guyz know how this company is, once this claim is handled.

hey lanny....i have home warranty contracts (american home shield) on all of my properties....find them to be very useful because i am not handy & have back problems to do any repairs...

Al they must be good becuase they are the most expensive by far.
In the fives per yr.
Fidelity went up 80.00 to the high fours.

Found First American in the mid threes.

the cost depends on what is covered....i only have big ticket items covered....ie....water heater, a/c, etc....& i pay about $300 on the rentals & a little over $400 on my primary residence, but that includes pool & & spa equipment....
