Yeah Shreveport is a bit of a shit hole...drove through there once...they have a couple casinos there but I really dont know what else is going on up there...I am in Houma, a good 4 hours away, so I'm not the north LA guide...

On an even more somber note, I'm sure they have a few thousand 9th ward refugees there now post Katrina, so if nothing else, you can probably get some good crack
