I read an article about that ad. It was supposedly all real. Took them like 50 takes to get it right, if I remember correctly.

Actually, it took them about 450 takes to get it right. Can you imagine the drugs that I would have to be on to not go insane.

I also heard there is a 1 1/2 - 2 hour movie that is shot in this same manner. Does anyone know the name of it?
