Call me crazy, but this reminds me of WAC football. Good grief. No defense, clock never runs, up and down the field they go. This is hard to watch imo, and I wouldn't if I weren't sitting on a TAMU +21 ticket.

I like the Bama/Florida to beat Texas soundly, if the Horns survive tonight and next week vs the Huskers, that is......

You of all people know you cant base anything - good or bad - on one game, especially a rivalry game. That said, we arent good enough to be a typical title game team. I dont like the Florida matchup, but I still think Texas would beat Bama.

I also recall some folks saying the same thing when Texas barely won at AM in 2005...

of course this team doesnt have VY.

Just sayin.....

I realize Texas D is better than what we have witnessed tonight. I am just not a fan of track meets.

As for Bama/Florida/Texas matchups, I favor Bama to beat Florida, but, like you, I feel strongly that Florida would present more of a problem for the Horns than Bama. Bama lacks QB play, particularly mobility at QB, that is often the X factor in big games......

BTW, I would love to see Muschamp as LSU's next head coach. What are my chances in your opinion?

They are in a bowl game. Will play in Texas Bowl against Navy most likely. Just about anybody with 6 wins in a BCS conference goes.

Muschamp brings no offense hes all defense. Not a bad thing but he may be alright but i think we can get better.

Muschamp is already making a million plus with a long contract and designated coach in waiting. Brown may well retire after this year but next year more likely. I dont think he is going anywhere.
