Just saw where Olympic is offering prop bets on head to head horses at EVD. This is my home track so this should be easy.
Race 4 Newgate (-145) vs Medina Ridge (+115)
I like Medina Ridge +115 not crazy about the trainer and jock switch to Newgate last race although he did run 3rd in a sprint. They wheel him back 7 days later but Medina Ridge is the better horse in this race and more consistent and i get +115
Race 9 Smashing Brass (+100) VS Half Pint to Go (-130)
I picked Smashing Brass out for a buddy back in February and this mare has won 2 of 3 races for him. We had her in last week but they cancelled the races because of power failure, she was in the paddock at 2/1 when they cancelled the races. Half Pint is more of a route horse with cheap speed but she wont get the lead in this spot and shes also breaking from the outside post where as my buddys mare is a true sprinter. +100 i will take it and run.
