I'm just like TDP....I've got some dough on the Braves.....just too sheepish I guess about listing that huge a fav as one of my picks.
The discrepancy numbers between both teams and pitchers are some of the highest of the year.
Seems almost too good to be true. Kinda wonder, with PIT's stellar road record, why the line isn't higher.
We'll see. Worth half a unit just to fart around with.

stayed away from this game cause of the sweep factor.
ie: other team does NOT wanna get swept.

Shit happens. No one had a gun to my head. Other than the Braves and 8 units on the Spurs I had a great day. It could have been fabulous. Still got my socks!

Call me a masochist, but I am playing the braves again today. I believe Smoltz could have first outing over 6 with decent number. But can the braves score.I hope so. I don't know if my physique can take another fiasco like yesterday by the braves .
I am going gainst my homies on this one. No smoltz til he proves he is back. The Expos are worth the number.

I respect your opinion tremedously, but Yoshii will not pitch over 5 innings. Everything has been in relief to this point. Granted the braves are inconsistent at best, Smoltz is pitching only his third game and the price is high, but I think there is a very good chance Smoltz pitches well and the braves get it done. He has been hitting 94 mph with great control to this point. After two starts he should be starting to get fairly comfortable again. At home vs Montreal who is off two games in Philadelphia yesterday. One never knows but I will take my chances. Good luck today.....
