PFCE - Pacific Fuel Cell Corporation (CA)

Pacific Fuel Cell Corp. filed an 8-K prior to Friday's session.

The Company is registering 1,500,000 shares of common stock issuable under its Consulting Services Agreement with Alan Brown. Mr. Brown will provide business development, financial consulting and Internet strategy advice to the Company.

This company is in the midst of releasing a major technological advancement in the fuel cell industry. Fuel cells are used in the production of electrical vehicles. These vehicles are in production now and will be in higher demand in the next couple of years.

PFCE is currently trading at 5 cents/share. I have already tripled my money in only three months! Fellow investors anticipate this stock to get as high as 50 cents before the end of October.

BUY NOW!!!

I would be interested in reading even one report that thinks a company like this will show a 10x ROI in their stock in the next 2 months.

Why then have over 2million shares been sold off by directors this year? Dont you think they would have the inside look into these new developments? Never a good sign when directors and former directors sell 2 million shares of a nickel stock. A $100/shr stock, sure they can take profits now and then. But a nickel stock? IMHO, no. If they had even the most **minute** inkling it would go up even 5 cents they would hold.

Followup: This company smells like hot garbage. Read their full history at: http://www.otcbb.com/profiles/PFCE.htm.

Highlights:

* The Company was originally incorporated under the laws of the State of Nevada on May 5, 1998, under the name Magnum Ventures Inc. Initially, the Company was in the mining business and on June 4, 1998, acquired an option to purchase certain mineral claims. In March 1999, the Company decided to abandon its rights to the mineral claims. The Company subsequently ceased all mining industry activities and decided to enter into the radio Internet business.

* In March 1999, the Company acquired Radiotower.com, an internet radio directory that had launched its services in June of 1996. In this transaction, the Company acquired the right to the domain name "Radiotower.com" and the name "Radio Tower Interactive". The Company changed its name on May 18, 1999 to RadioTower.com, Inc.

* 8-K filed September 9, 2001 the Company abandoned its prior business plan. In conjunction with the Company's new business plan, the Company's shareholders approved an amendment to its articles of Incorporation, changed its name to Pacific Fuel Cell Corp. The number of authorized common shares of the Company was also increased to 200,000,000.

------------

Good company. We're a mining company, no internet radio, no we have a hot fuel cell technology. Real hot tip you got here!

Trust me, I am in a similar type of business. If a F100 company had invested millions in them, the directors would not be bailing out of their stock.

Also Finance 101, issuance of 1.5M new shares dilutes share worth and drives the price down, not up.

However I wish you luck in your investment, I dont mean to imply I am cursing you with ill-will or anything like that.

BTW - Either you can show us where it has been published that a Fortune 100 Company has invested millions of dollars in them, or you are sharing insider information. I would be careful.

Super idiota,

Dumb ass ......maybe ....but I've been investing for some30 + years now and I've seen a lotta scams........most in the penny stocks,,,,,and this SURE LOOKS LIKE ONE!
Hope not for your sake.......Oh .....this dumb ass is up over 200% this year in gold stocks.....NOT everyones favorite......I'd suggest an unhedged, profitable, no debt, well managed company such as GLG....about $ 8.50....just bought a bunch at 8 and will soon sell covered calls. Dumb ass that I am!

Also like and am nibbling on MLNM, CEGE in biotech, and at this price ADVP in prescription Drug administration........LOTTA reasons why but you wouldnt be too interested

Ya want another penny scam from a # 1 scammer ...try HPON
(disposable cell phones) about $0.35 ....up from single digits a few weeks ago.

Go get em champ!

Then leave the area, plenty of good place for lunch down around the Battery.

The market is in shambles because people piss their money away in evestments they know nothing about when they pick up a hot tip like this. They pour money into it without knowing one damn thing about it. If they want to do that fine. I just want to provide a little info for people before they decide, without just taking you at your word that the company is going up.

Again, if a Fortune 100 has invested millions in them as you claim, please post me a link to the proof. Otherwise you are either lying or trading on insider information. Either way it is considered fraud under the UCC.

Before you go, could you provide us with the link proving the investment by that Fortune 100 company?

The SEC doesnt take insider trading lightly, nor fraud, which is what I think is going on here. If not I will apologize and stand humbly corrected. But I have serached EDGAR, MULTEX, SEC, CNNFN and YAHOO and found nothing about this.

People, please do your own research, especially when a stock trades below $5/shr. And remember, yes, if it sounds to good to be true it probably is.

There are plenty of Companies that jump in and out of industries that have Venture in their names. They have only lost $678,000 since their inception which means that they have never been to actively involved in any of the industries that were mentioned.

The Company basically bought a Company that was privately-held, but the privately-held Company now has control of the existing Company. The directors selling their shares may have been part of the sale agreement or an Angels way of getting his initial investment out while still retaining equity. You can't tell that by the article. One of the former directors is the one that is receiving the stock as compensation and is the reason for the 8-K filing, so obviously he wasn't that unhappy with the Company's future prospects.

Bottom Line, The stock may be a dog and one should always be suspicious of holders of stock that promote it, but there's no reason to talk down to him when he's trying to give advice as long as that advice isn't part of an agenda.

super idiota,

didja sell....and didja see those profits yet??
since you're pumpin ....my guess is ya still own...

Real fast feet can make a few bucks .....many lose all
hoping against hope for $0.05....to $5.00 keeps many in till the bottom falls out.

That said.....this company is probably a fuel cell company now to take advantage of any future Iraqui disruptions...bettin on a war ????? If it happens...fuel cells will be hot....see PLUG...FCEL etc!

BBC, I agree. However you usually see a VC company jump in and out of ventures in SLIGHTLY related industries. Usually not from mining claims to internet radio to fuel cell technology.

Nonetheless, when someone claims something like "Just to let you know, a Fortune 100 company has invested millions of dollars in PFCE's technology. You will hear about PFCE in the next two months." and then backs away, I AM VERY SUSPICIOUS!

If they can provide proof fine. Otherwise I see SCAM written all over this. It may be a good stock on its own merits (IMHO it is not) however I dont think fraudalent pimping of any stocks here is welcome.
