I am going to Houston on Sunday to watch Cubs/Astros series with my kids. I used to stay at the Inn at the Ballpark, but they apperently no longer accept children:shrug:

We are staying at the St Regis, which appears to be less than 10 miles from the park. How is parking at the games? Would you use a cab/car service or simply drive yourself from the St Regis to minute maid during rush hour on Monday, tuesday and Wednesday evening?

The link did nothing but waste my time. The suttle service offered by the hotel only includes a 3 mile radius. As indicated, the park is just less than 10 miles away.

Thanks, IE. I checked that Astros site this morning. That is what made me think parking is a zoo.

My apologies, Boys. The link takes me to google home page with an artistic logo, so it appeared you were just wasting my time as I indicated previously.

I've been playing Astro's Totals the last few weeks, young-fun team to watch....Enjoy the game :0008

Should be good. We left a game last year with 3 balls courtesy of the brewers payers. Monday night we are in a field box, so contact with players will be limited. But, tuesday night we are on top of the cubs dugout. Let's see if the Cubs are as gracious as the the brew crew.....

Cie, I haven't been to a game since 2005, I used to park for 5 bucks and walk to the game, maybe 10 minute walk maximum. That was when they were drawing 40K fans, I think now 20K is a good crowd. I would drive to the game if it were me. Have a good time with your kids :0074
