you don't have to wait a few days for the doubting...

- of course the queens were going to lose big last night... that was the easy prediction

- and don't worry, the Mavs will send them home

SPURS :sadwave:

Queens, nice try!!
:sadwave:

I don't think any resonable person would count out the Spurs. When Duncans is healthy he's still the best big man on the court.

are you saying i'm unreasonable?

there is a good chance of that.... :142smilie

but Duncan is going to have a harder time against Diop & Damp than against Brad Miller....

should be a good hard fought series

No - I mean anybody who would doubt the defending champs. Spurs will definitely have a harder time with Dallas... No doubt about it.

congratulations to the incredibly resilient san antonio spurs. everyone counted them out, but they overcame all odds and rallied around one another to find a way to beat the #8 seed sacramento kings in round one.

this is a feat that hasn't been accomplished since detroit found a way and shocked the world by beating the bucks in 5 earlier this week.

Mavs don't stand a chance against the Spurs.

Mavs and Kings are about even in my opinion.

Actually, the Kings might even be better. They are certainly more physical.

The Mavs are a finess team, and the Spurs will push them around.

This series goes 6 games tops.

spurs do have 3 rings in their recent past, but avery (my middle name for lil know factoid hehe) changed their psyche to D minded team too

boy i could see either team winning this but have to side with spurs in end; can jason terry expose parker's often shoddy D?

Mavs are a much better team than last year, this series will be a hard fought 7 gamer, probably won by the Spurs. It doesnt really matter tho, Detroit will beat anyone this year. They are on a mission and can dominate anyone if they want to.

Mavs chance to steal one in ATT has came to an end.

Mavs controlled the whole game, but in the 4rth quarter, SPurs made stops and hit key shots to put em over the top.

Dallas should be crying in their beds tonight, knowing they let one slip away.
