# 3 days ago they go from being ranked #4 , winning perhaps one of the toughest conf. in the land............to a #2 seed.................The NCAA proves again that they have their heads up their asses ion many things. The only team I would have kansas an underdog to is Kent and Ariz and that would be a slight underdog.........they should let sportsbetters fill out these brackets.

I don't see a problem w/ it. Losses to mid-level Missouri and Oregon. Ripped a new hole at home vs Arizona. Probably got what they deserve.
IMO, In the eyes of the judges, not matter what u do in the conference all year, IT DOESN'T MEAN SQUAT. Kansas won the Big 12 outright, hence it took luck at the end vs Mizzo but a win is a win.
Texas it gonna be the 1st number 1 seed to go down. The road was paved for them to get to the final four, even with that, I don't think they get there. Kanas should have been the #1 seed in that bracket.
Uconn and Stanford vs Texas will be a hell of a game.

Totally with you on that Maverick .... Texas didn't deserve that #1, should have gone to the Jayhawks (or maybe Pitt) .... however sometimes the brackets fall nicely for certain teams and it looks like Texas could possibly be that team this year.
keep in mind....Kansas big 12 schedule MUCH MUCH easier than OU or Texas big 12 schedule......two games against Nebraska, KState, Col at home, are 5 gimmes....
i personally dont think that they should award an outright championship in a conference with an unbalanced schedule.....Kansas won the big12 north and Texas won the big12 south....OU wins the tourney....
