How come the gas at the pump prices are not dropping with the oil ?

last time a barrel of oil was in the $90.00 range , the price at the pumps was about $3.00, WHY THE F--K IS IT STILL AROUND $3.80

Might have something to do with the crooks in office now that have their hands all over the oil industry and the next person that says that liberals are the cause of not building new refineries when liberal haven't been in charge for 8 years ought to be shot or educated whichever is easier
