In fact, gonna rip up the carpet in the T.V. room and extend the tile from kitchen....

I have to say I 'LOVE' the sitting area out front, where one can sit on the bence and can feed the 'KOI'

We keep a very clean house.

100% with MJ on the dishes in the sink thing. The pots and whatever gets dirty while cooking can sit in there, but only until the meal is finished. Then a quick rinse & in the dishwasher.

Our cars are treated the same way. Very clean & no cluttered up junk tossed wherever.
