I eat pretty good... stay away from fast food, drink calories free drinks, but I cannot stop myself from snacking. I will snack on anything, whether I like it or not. whether it is chocolate, candy, fruit, nuts or vegetables... if it out or around I will eat it. The problem is that 90% of the time, the stuff available is not good for you

The other day I ate about a pound of pistacho nuts... and I HATE them. I have zero control when it comes to snack food.

What have people done to stop themselves from snacking on stuff???

You need to retrain yourself to drink WATER.

Those calorie-free drinks are tricking your brain where you will snack more later.

If you replace those calorie-free drinks with water, you will start to naturally start steering away from snacks. You don't have to completely stop drinking them, but try drinking 64 oz of water every day.

You'll see a difference.

You have no idea how true Dawg's statement is. Diet coke, pepsi cause you to gain weight. Look it up.

I drink a lot of the Sobe 0 Calorie Life Water products. First thing with 0 calories that I can actually drink and enjoy.

no aftertaste?

I like plain water with lemon:shrug:

No. They taste really good. I only dislike a couple of them out of 10. And i'm really picky with drinking stuff without calories. I could never drink diet coke or pepsi but for some reason these are pretty good.

This is my favorite.
