There is a house around the corner of the block and if we bought that it would be about 3/10 of a mile. But then we would have customers stopping at our house to fix their cars!:facepalm:

btw, PA chicky, my step dad owns a car garage. him and my mom live about .6 miles from the shop. needless to say, he gets a lot of unexpected visitors. sometimes a small commute Is a blessing in disguise.
