college basketball almost impossible to watch with the new touch foul rule?
There is no flow to the game which in turn is turning many fans away right now. I just watch the first half of a game and there were 23 fouls. Three of the 23 were shooting fouls. The officials better straighten this shit out before conference play or it is going to be a boring year.
