"the bunker"
i said it before....and i don`t understand why all these politicians don`t get it....the long trem ramifications of not turning off the water before fixing the leaks....

for now, forget any actions for or against illegals that are here....that`s not the real issue...

we can assimilate hundreds of thousands of mexicans throughout the nation in multiethnic neighborhoods.......

but,we cannot assimilate millions of abject poor who live in apartheid communities.....inevitably,where the joy of reaching the u.s. is replaced by the bitterness of becoming part of its underclass.....

a mexican citizen who is here illegally might do well with fluent english and a high-school diploma........but,that`s not what we`re seeing...the majority aren`t fluent in english and without education .....

we`re continuing to see a flood of similar immigrants in with the millions that are already here...that have the same cultural disadvantages.....

we`re creating a permanent underclass...and serious problems down the road...

fox loves this...he gets rid of his poor...his dregs...and in some cases his criminals....and has a steady stream of cash flowing back into mexico.....

why are the politicians so stupid?.....because they see thes illegals as votes(that will be the next issue, allowing illegals to vote....some dems are pushing for voting rights without identification...if you can believe that)......and on the right side of the aisle, you have big business republicans...that don`t give a shit about the middle class....

that only care about cheap labor that can be exploited....

politicians always talking about reform...how about stopping the flood of illegals...and forcing mexico to deal with it`s own internal issues of mismanagement and corruption?...

wouldn`t that be smart?...

we`re being played for fools...

we really need a 3rd party....

....

exactly, the money coming from the US to mexico is the 2nd largest revenue stream coming into Mexico second to oil. One of my clients is in the money wiring business and we were talking about competition, I brought up the obvious players in the space and they said no, it's mom and pop shops along the border(s).

I would like to add to GW's comment.....

Like to know the number of illegals that have a spouse and children in their homelands while starting a family here as well. I've met Polish and Spanish live in this fashion.

This would not be worth it. How bout we just get rid of oil dependence and stop tossing the salads of the world's biggest assholes.

A middle class fool can dream, anyway.

MR. PRESIDENT, I'M HEADED TO MEXICO

Dear President Bush:

I'm about to plan a little trip with my family and extended family, and
I
would like to ask you to assist me. I'm going to walk across the
border
from the U.S. into Mexico, and I need to make a few arrangements. I
know
you can help with this.

I plan to skip all the legal stuff like visas, passports, immigration
quotas and laws. I'm sure they handle those things the same way you do
here.

So, would you mind telling your buddy, President Vicente Fox, that I'm
on
my way over? Please let him know that I will be expecting the
following:

1. Free medical care for my entire family.

2. English-speaking government bureaucrats for all services I might
need, whether I use them or not.

3. All government forms need to be printed in English.

4. I want my kids to be taught by English-speaking teachers.

5. Schools need to include classes on American culture and history.

6. I want my kids to see the American flag flying on the top of the
flag
pole at their school with the Mexican flag flying lower down.

7. Please plan to feed my kids at school for both breakfast and
lunch.

8. I will need a local Mexican driver's license so I can get easy
access
to government services.

9. I do not plan to have any car insurance, and I won't make any
effort
to learn local traffic laws.

10. In case one of the Mexican police officers does not get the memo
from
Pres. Fox to leave me alone, please be sure that all police officers
speak
English.

11. I plan to fly the U.S. flag from my house top, put flag decals
on
my car, and have a gigantic celebration on July 4th. I do not want any
complaints or negative comments from the locals.

12. I would also like to have a nice job without paying any taxes,
and
don't enforce any labor laws or tax laws.

13. Please tell all the people in the country to be extremely nice
and
never say a critical word about me, or about the strain I might place
on
the economy.

I know this is an easy request because you already do all these
things
for all the people who come to the U.S. from Mexico. I am
sure that Pres. Fox won't mind returning the favor if you ask him
nicely.

However, if he gives you any trouble, just invite him to go quail
hunting
with your V.P.

Thank you so much for your kind help.

Sincerely,
David M. Bresnahan

If you thinks its bad now--just wait--they are aleady trying to indoctrinate our youth on liberalism.

Student in Ca gets sent to office and written up for having small American flag on pocket--while other schools are giving students credits for attending immigration protests.

Who would have thought ten years ago.
