I spend about 45 minutes, mostly checking others threads here at madjacks:00hour . I do check line movements and percentages of who's on what team. Bets usually 50-300 bucks, do it for action. Win more than lose but nothing significant.:0008 :toast:

Years go I would spend quite a bit of time capping, learned a lot ( especially at MJ's ) & loss a lot. Now I'm only a very small bettor & spend very little time.

Almost none. I just prefer to pick a spot or two every weeknd based from observations from previous games involving teams that I know pretty well.

I used to beat my brains in capping like a madman for 16/24 hrs a week before I came to the realization that you can't cap a fumble, you can't cap a key injury early in a game and you just can't cap a huge holding penatly as your side is driving for a big score.

I certainly think that good cappers have a big edge but there are a lot of uncappable intangables that can not be predicted.

Very little. About an hour weekly during during football season...15 minutes on golf and 45 or less on fb. Rest of the year, half hour weekly on golf.
