How to find renters for house?

Forgot to mention... Best way to get renters that are good is word of mouth, and the most important thing is don't get urself into the situation where u hafta settle for just anybody to get the rent $$ flowing. It will be a lot better off in the longrun to eat a month of no renter than to get somebody in there who is horrible. GL, Andrey!

Do you have a sign out front? If you do and you still don't have a renter in two week, look up the section 8 website and get an understanding of their requirements so you can get someone in there by August 1.

PS: Here's a section 8 tip: It doesn't have to be in perfect working condition if it doesn't exist. Get rid of all appliances, let them bring their own. If it is in the house, it will get inspected.
