This method works only works for hackers with VERIFIED PayPal accounts. It will never work for PayPal users with unverified accounts.

ok Ill go ahead and send my email and paypal password to someones hotmail or yahoo acct. Are you kidding me?? Agree, looks like a scam on their end....but Im not going to try and verify..
