took this a few weeks ago and now im down to va tech to win it.i was thinking of buying a point and taking georgia for $500,but ill be risking 650.. before i do ,how do you guys think the line will move ,if it moves at all.. if it moves maybe i can get 4 or 4.5 for that price..or will the line go down,then i should hit it now...i can read the lines in the nfl but college i have no idea witch way its going to go.

What I would do to maximize the value of this is to wait until gameday and play the live lines at Pinnacle. If VT jumps out to a big lead, place a smallw ager on UGA on one of their ML (by then you can get them at a crazy # of +300 or more or wait until you find a number that they put out when you can grab Ga at + dollars and maybe a better line than 2.5 and middle them in a big way) I got Hawaii last night at -14.5 +295 at the half and got over 54.5 +175 at one point. Just a thought.

you should get more value on the georgia side if you wait till closer to gametime as you may see a 3-3.5 which would allow you to buy and a shot @ two key #'s for a middle. Either way, you've got to hedge this, i just don't see the vt offense scoring much here. g/l

im going to wait and hope it gets to 3,3.5...does anyone think it moves the other way?

Buy Georgia to 3.5 and try to hit 3 to win both. If Georgia gets bombed, you still win around $1800

line is now at 3,going to buy some points and get it at 4.5 for 500..good for 1700 or 400.love when this happens..still believe vatech wins this one easily but you never know.

I don't think the line will go to 3.5 unfortunately...

I do agree w/Buckeye on the cover strategy basically...

Take Georgia + 3.5 (buy half) for some ($400?)

then for fun I'd take teaser Georgia + 10 to your other favorite play(s) tomorrow nfl, or later bowl game for $100...

if it comes in @ plus 10, this'll give you action on something else later, and also helps cover your + 3.5 wager in case they lose by 4-10 pts

before i even saw your post i did exactly what your saying..took iga +3.5 for 450,and teased with the skins..profit either way 2night,but theres that chance i clean house!
