Stern's just boring and annoying, recycling the same tired stuff day after day. I don't care that the article says that they were considering stiffer fines/enforcement before the superbowl. There is little doubt that Justin and Janet are directly responsible for this crackdown. And that's just dumb.

I respect everyones' opinion, we all have have the right to one as it should be. However, I think we need to look at the overall picture here. Regardless of what one thinks of Stern, the main point here is that people are telling us what we can and can't watch. I agree that shows like stern's should be only aired where adults only have access (as much as possible anyway), but whats next. I'll tell you whats next...Your favorite sports book or madjacks as targets of those who "know whats right for us"...I'm sorry, this will not do. I respect every persons right to not watch, but please do not pass judgement on those of us that choose too...

He started back up in Florida, got remarried, and has a new show. While listening I heard him say partners just like he used

Yep, and Robert Tilton (sp) is also still around even after that scandalous expose on him. People like him and Baker are far worse than the Howard Sterns, I'll agree with that.

Fact is I believe the less than 8% of PI claims ever go to court and would venture a guess that over half of PI attorneys have never been before a jury.

I can tell you best way to stay off a jury. That's if you want to. I would serve again becasue it's very interesting. Just say you need to take notes. Theres no way you can be fair without them. I never new this till I was called to serve. But 95% of trials. Note Taking is not possiable.
On the subject of lawyers. Seems many make fun till they need one. And I agree because I do to. They seem to set them self up for the fun stuff. Watch Fox at 9 pm central and you will see what I mean. You talk about some real dandies.

Personally, I can't stand either Rush or Howard. I think they are BOTH trash.

You can say its cool for Howard Stern to drool over porn actresses. You'd feel differently if you were responsible for an adolescent daughter. Hey, I'm all for Howard Stern right to be a pervert with no substance to offer and for anyone's right to rot their brain. I'm for legalizing everything...FOR ADULTS!

What I want is to keep the porn at the local adult video store...NOT beaming over the airwaves where KIDS can see it. Is that too F'ing much to ask?

I'm not trying to bust balls here...ok, maybe I am, but how can kids see porn "beaming over the airwaves"?

Secondly, it's not Howard Stern's fault if parents are negligent and let their kids listen along with them. Kids should be in school anyway, so how much of the show could they possibly listen to? Kids are going to learn about things a lot worse than porn from their peers and their parents. Point a finger at Howard Stern and making him a scape goat is just another joke. People need to start taking accountability for their own actions. This country is great and at the same time it's sad because no one wants to take responsibility for anything anymore.

I'm sick and tired of all the whiners. Lets focus on some real issues instead of this BS.
