I see Encarnacion is in the starting lineup. His numbers are actually pretty close to Floyd's. Looks like the Cubs over lineup is in. The wind is blowing in but Wood has had control issues and Burnett has had some very high recent pitch counts. I'm going over 7.

wind I'm reading in NNE 16mph. NE is good for an over, N is good for an under.

NE is actually the worst possible for an over. That is a wind blowing in from dead center. The results may not show an abundance of unders, but that's only because the totals are so low.
