don't even get me started, the service here in the Uk is horrible. They send me my card to my UK address but send my PIN to my canada address. They tell me there is a 3 day hold on my initial cheque deposit, then after 4 days I wanted to access my $ and they told me it was a 7 day hold. Should I continue?? And they have the balls to charge me 6Pounds a month, took my $ and ran to Lloyds.

I agree here..........had a charge card problem free with them since 1970. That's 38 years , folks.Long story short: I went inactive with it for 6 months as my wife needed to pile up "points" on hers. So they cancelled it without telling me !! One night friends/relatives were down and that happened to be the only credit card I quickly grabbed & took with me. Went out to treat & eat and of course my card was refused for the bill. Very embarrassing.

Called them the next day & they didn't give a chit. Told me they couldn't re instate the card, to open up a new one. Now, I figure my credit is excellent, I didn't feel like having a cancelled card on my record.

In today's economy, you would think they would care a bit more..........after 38 years.
