Thurs Night FBS:

Played the Georgia Southern/Appy St game Under 48 earlier in the week but don't see much value in it at 44. I tend to plug my nose when betting Sun Belt games (not nearly as bad as Pac 12, but....

Do see some value tonight though...

We are out of way of the fires but PG&E has been hammering us with power outages for the past 2 weeks. Has hurt my handicapping immensely because all my info is on my Desktop.

Wagner +14 over C Conn St *Wagner is pretty deceptive and might actually be the best 1-8 FCS team in the land... Has made a habit of playing CCS tuff and think +14 is too many points imo.

Holy Cross/Lehigh Over 38*Definitely not for the faint of heart ♥

Illinois St/No Iowa Over 33*Two defensive minded teams but still value at this absurbly low total.

Merrimack +20over Rhode Island *RI is 1-7 and shouldn't be this big of fav over anyone.

Charleston South/Gardner-Webb Under 56

Tenn Tech/Murray St Under 68'*Too many points here

Alabama St/Miss Valley St Over 45*Grades very strong and I'm all over it

Richmond/Stony Brook Over 51'

No Arizona +13 over EW *EWs season has been a major disappointment and despite having a big home field streak on the line, Eagles are a dumpster fire and the playoffs are just a distance memory. Cue No Arizona QB Case Cookus, who is the country's leading passer and besides being one of the best in the nation, he was the last QB to have gone to EW and walked out with a W. Eagles D allow 35.7 ppg and while neither team plays much D, I'm not thrilled with the 82 posted total, but like my chances of No Arizona Cookus keeping it close here. The guy is in his 6th year of college ball so he's mature and could probably retire FCS with a pension.

No Colorado/Idaho St Over 60*potential shootout in this one as neither program has mastered Defense yet.

Northwestern St/McNeese St Over 61

Couple of other plays

SE Miss St/Jax St Under 57......8 u

Campbell - 1' over N Alabama...... 7 u *6-1 team playing 2-6 team

No Carolina Cent - 4' over Howard... 8 u *Howard has been another dumpster fire which is still burning

Harvard/Dartmouth Under 51 *Think this will stay below the 50 point mark

William and Mary/Elon Under 51..... 7 u

Chattanooga +9' over Furman..... 9 u *Mocs lost a heartbreak last week by 1 to Wofford... Furman doesn't seem to have gotten over their Citadel loss. Both pretty evenly matched and Mocs get home cooking.

Tenn Tech/Murray St Under 68 *Murray St should slow the pace down here.

Monmouth/Kennesaw St Over 58.....9 u *Think this one will be played in the 60s and both have capable offense

People don't know this because they don't like to attract attention but if you want to get serious money down on any Sports event, Cal Neva will accommodate you. It's the best of Old Reno (stands with the Peppermill and (old John Ascuagas Nugget... *Not the new Nugget) as by far the best Casino in Reno for guys that like the old no nonsense approach. However, Atlantis still has the best Buffet (Toucan Charlie's) is perhaps the best in Nevada.

I found that out one time I was in Reno for the national bowling tourney.
We always stay at the silver legacy and I?m always at the cal-Neva because I bet sports.
We bowl in early April, so the MLB season has just started and the NHL and NBA are either finishing their seasons or it?s early playoffs.
I?m in line to bet a baseball game and I hear the guy in front of me tell the clerk he wants 5k on the following games and proceeds to give him 6 games and the rotation numbers and the lines. He slides his backpack off his shoulder and opens it up. I can?t see the cash going across the counter but this dude is loud like he wants people to know what he?s betting.
He finishes and I step up and ask if they?ll take my 300 dollars worth of action I?m about to give them.
Clerk laughs and says let me check with my manager as he hands me a nice stack of drink tickets and takes my action :mj07:
