Record to Date:

HSF Degen Plays: 32-33 (-13.4 units)
FCS plays: 73-53-2 (+51 units)
FBS Plays: 45-48-2 (-70.2 unit) *Work to do!

HSF Degen Plays for Thursday Night :

7 pm
Kennedy Catholic -23'
Kentwood 69'

7 pm
Shadow Ridge 52'
Arbor View -23'

2 units on Kentwood +23' WIN.. Wow Kentwood pulls off the upset KW 38 K-C 36
1 unit on Under 69' LOSS
*The Lance's are lead by Soph QB Sam Huard (if his name sounds familiar it's because his Pops Damon started at Washington and played in the NFL). Sam is (6'3" 180 lbs) and is leading the state in passing for the 2nd consecutive year.... Last season, he passed for 3,432 yards w/34 TDs as a Frosh. This year, he has already passed for 3,170 yards w/34 TDs (8 INT) and has a 63% rate of completion. He has 3 WRs already nearing 1,000 yards receiving and each has a D1 offer. K-C has a dynasty record of 125-36 (91-9 in league)... RB Jr Zaire Lozolo (5'9" 200 lbs) has 300 yards rushing....

Kentwood Conquerors are 2-5 and have 17 underclassmen starting for a proud program with Dynasty record of 117-41 (91-17 in league). The school has never had a losing season in its 37 year history... The offense only averages 22.7 ppg and the Offense has been fairly anemic. Soph QB Jalin Church (6'1" 190 lbs) has 292 yards through the air, and he shares snaps with Jr QB N Laborde with 115 yards passing.... Jr RB Gabe Johnson gets most of the hand-offs and has 493 yards rushing. HC Michael Bush is in his 3rd year. The best player on the team is Co-Captain Jr Wyatt Hansen (6'4" 260 lbs) who plays both ways and was named NPSL Cascade Div Lineman of the Year last season (they call him "Big Fundamental" for his technique) He was an integral part of last year's success winning a share of the Cascade Div Title.

No doubt that Kennedy Lancer are the better team here and Huards arm makes Lancers Offense one of the most explosive in the state.... Huard has several offers (Wash, Tenn, Cal, Texas Tech) and will continue to garner interest. Huard was the MaxPreps National Freshman of the Year last season.

The stress of a rich tradition is contributing to its struggles on the field.... The team is putting pressure on itself which has caught the attention of the AD and school personnel.... This team continues to set the bar high and at times their Defense plays well......

I'm playing the points with Kentwood as I expect the Defense to keep this game in reach... 69' points are a lot.... I played small on the Under too.

2 units on Arbor View -26' LOSS... FS AV 39 ST15
2 units on the Over 50' WIN

Not a lot to say about this Nevada High School matchup... Arbor Aggies are 7-1 and lead by Sr QB Logan Bollinger (6'3" 188 lbs) who is basically a hand off to Sr RB Kyle Bubba Graham, who has tallied an eye popping 1,285 yards rushing (had 700 yards last year) he also has caught 128 yards out of the back field. Graham averages 8.2 ypc and averages 160 yards per game...Jr RB Daniel Mitchell has 309 yards (8.1 yards per carry).....This team has 10 starters back from last years 10-1 team and has starters returning in most skilled positions.

Shadow Ridge Mustangs are 5-4 and run a Triple Option attack with capable 4 year starter QB Kody Presser has rushed for 533 yards and passed for 312 yards... (last year he only attempted 44 passes) and not much has changed this year.... The teams misdirection attack appears to be fooling themselves as was evident last week in a 41-8 lass to Faith Lutheran where they coughed up the ball 5 times..*Arbor View beat Faith Lutheran 10-7 2 weeks ago)..... Mustangs lost their last 3 games last year to miss out on the playoffs and it might be happening again.

Arbor View has captured the last 4 Northwest League Championship and their HC Dan Barnson is getting his 100 win tonight. He has been the school's only HC in the Aggies 12 year history..... Last year, Aggies crushed the Stangs 55-26.....while I don't see Shadow Ridge scoring 26 this time around, I think the strongest play is the OVER here and I look for Aggies to pull away for a comfortable W.

Craziness

Craziness

Richmond +23: Elon starting QB is out for the rest of the year with a tore ACL- I am certain this is not taken into effect here. This line is insane. Richmond IMHO has a chance to win SU. DEfinitely play the +950 moneyline.

CCSU +110; CCSU is starting to take control of the conference. The win last week was HUGE for CCSU over Bryant. Definitely surprised they are a home doge.

Monmouth +14 and +334: Campbell has done great beating up minnows but now they are entering the meat of a their Big SOuth schedule. Monmouth has the weapons to win this one. a DD home dog? Really?

Dayton +100: Dayton had a 2 point loss last week but they were down 36-21 and tried to have a mad dash comeback... I know the travel to and from SD is tough but is easier.... Drake on the other hand lost an absolute STUNNER has a 27.5 home favorite to Stetson. THe Hatters scored on a lateral play as time expired. INsanity. Dayton at home... Just think this line is off.

EKU -2: Best rushing team vs over reaching Racer team.

William & Mary +24- Insane spread and I think too much.
Butler +14.5; Loss last week to Valpo was ugly but this Butler team played YSU real tough earlier in year. Think line is inflated due to LW.

UNI +13.5- Give me UNI has a DD home dog ALL THE DAMN TIME! THey have a chance to win SU. This could be a shootout. If the SDSU defense that had the Sycamores take them to OT shows up then the Panthers win SU.

SE. La +120; Over reaction to AC win last week.
Bucknell +11 and Over 31
Lehigh +14- I know how bad the Hawks are playing but they still have some skill and Georgetown is a DD favorite? Really? Just does not align with my rankings....
Illinois State +15 and +370 and lean towards the under but will not play it

Totals:
EIU Over 73
Morgan State Under 60

A lot of QB's are ???? so double check your stuff. Its a lot of plays but trying to take advantage of these lines and the moneylines.

Running late but these are juicy and start in 1 hour

4 pm
North Allegheny -20'
West Allegheny 57'

3 units on Under 57' WIN.. FS: NA 26 WA 20
2 units on West Allegheny +20' WIN... Doesn't get any easier than this guy's

*These two play in two different divisions and this is the first time they have ever met. NA Tigers are 8-0 and have thumped all comers outscoring opponents 321-97 behind a strong running game and with Joey Porter Jr (yes his Dad was 4 time Pro Bowler and coaches at Pittsburgh) He has numerous offers as a DB but is a great WR too.....

West Allegheny Indians are 6-1 and have a decent QB Kam Kruze (6'2" 185 lbs) and the dual threat has 875 pass yards and has rushed for 228 more.

So here's the thing...... These teams have nothing to be gained in this game.... In fact, both Coaches are friends and had decided to play with a running clock to avoid any injuries until the WPIAL stepped in and stated it was against the rules....... So now both Coaches have stated that the starters may only play a quarter or half.... Don't expect anything fancy here....

Both teams play for Conference Titles next week and Tigers have power Pine-Richland on deck.... Expect a low scoring game with run run run to move that clock... The line opened at 61' and is now 57'......JUMP ON IT NOW

4:30 pm

Cardinal Newman 50
Hammond -24'

3 units on the Over 50 WIN already at 63 in 3rd
2 units on Cardinal Newman +24'

*I'm in a giving mood and have another sweet play on the Over here... Hammond Skyhawks are the Class of Div 3A in SC..... Skyhawks are ranked #1 in the Division and have outscored opponents 302 to 123......Hammond has captured 9 State Titles since 2000 and have a Dynasty record of 166-21 (87-12 in league)..... Skyhawks have been the standard of SCISA for the last decade. The team is on a 20 game win streak.

Cardinal Newman is having a break out season and stand 6-1.... In the midst of its best season and having its highest win total since 2013.....This game is a rivalry game.... Cardinals do a good job of mixing up run and pass and have been moderately affective.

Here's the skinny... That total is way too low.... Last year, Hammond won 56-21 (and this was when Cardinal was 3-7......Skyhawks average nearly 40 points per game and Cardinal averages almost 30.....Pound the Over as Skyhawks could get there by themselves..... I'm betting Cardinals to stay within the 24..... It's a lot of points

So here's another one...

7 pm
Chaparral 73
Pinnacle -24'

You need to get on this asap..

3 units on the Under 73. WIN... Easy Peasy
1 unit on Chaparral +24' WIN

Let's call this trick or treat...... Here's the dealio... Turns out that both starting QBs are hurt and will not play.... Pinnacles All World QB Spencer Rattler (love this name) (6'1 185 lbs) has passed for 1,863 yards) 67% completion rate....... Starting QB Jr Jack Miller (6'4" 205 lbs) has passed for a mind numbing 2,431 yards (55% completion rate)..... Both QBs are OUT.... that's alot of firepower on the bench people....

The line hasn't been adjusted.... Do I need to say anything else?

Oh yeah, tread carefully on the side here.... Pioneers are well represented by back up QB Jr JD Johnson that has passed for 651 yards in mop up duty..

Oaks Christian -12'
Calabasas 57

2 units on the Over 57 LOSS
2 units on Oaks -12' LOSS

Game is for Miramonte League Title..... Both teams come in ranked #1 and #2 in the area rankings.. Oaks Lions are undefeated 8-0 and have outscored opponents 532-383....Lions average 49.5 points per game.... And are lead by Jr QB Josh Calvert (6'3" 235 lbs) who has passed for 878 yards.... Michigan bound RB Sr Zach Charbonnet (6'2" 220 lbs) has 890 rush yards.... Dynasty record is 167-29 (68-7 in league).... Team has D1 players on both sides of ball..... Includes country's #1 recruit, Kayvon Thibodeaux (6'5" 235 lbs) (Oregon, Alabama, Florida St)

Calabasas is relatively new to the big games but is 7-1 with opening loss to State Power J Serra 49-21....The Coyotes love to pass and average 271 receiving yards per game.... Jr QB Jaden Casey (6'1" 185 lbs) has passed for 2095 yards (66% completion rate)... Team utilizes a plethora of able receivers, some with D1 interest..

The big draw between these two might be the Coaching Staffs on both sides of the ball... Oaks HC is Chris Collins (a former NFL WRs Coach) he coached Steve Smith and Chad "Ochocinco" Johnson at Santa Monica JC... On his staff is RBs Coach Eric Dickerson and DL Coach Greg Townsend..... Lots of NFL experience. Curtis

The Coyotes are coached by Chris Claiborne of USC lore and NFL.... WRs Coach is Curtis Conway of USC and NFL..... DB Coach Erik King played in NFL for 5 years.

You can always get an autograph if you lose... But think Oaks needs this to get #1 seed in SS Div 1....think they pull away and the Over is a strong play
