Not a great start... too many shaky home teams, very sloppy play all around but with so many changes throughout the league, not a big shock. Will keep that in mind tonight. Let's get it back slowly but surely....

wow.... MAGIC come out FIRING!!!!!!! :eek: 65% from the field, 10 THREE's all in the FIRST HALF??? :scared Well, unfortunately, they play 4 qtrs in basketball so the game is only half over. Sixers shot 42% and didn't rebound well, still doesn't seem BRAND fits in with this team despite his talent. I'm still can't see ORL winning by more that 23. In fact, I am figuring it will be closer to 12 than 24. Also with 117 pts scored, I don't see the scoring dropping off by 20 in 2H. PHILA needs to run and score to get back into this game, and ORL doesn't know how to play slow, so here we go!

ATL shot 63%, IND 56% and neither team seemed to try and play defense. Huge REB difference for the PACERS so once ATL starts missing, I can see the PACERS winning this game with superior board work. This why I like the PACERS second half. IND also committed 14 TO's and only trail by 1. If they continue to board and stop the TO, they win this one outright. I also think both teams will come back to reality FG% wise....

Wow... CAVS are down by 18 at the half and are shooting 30% from the field. Game is being played at a good enough pace and CLEV is doing well on the boards. However with only 1 made 3 by CLE, 2 by TOR I can see this game getting over the total. CLE will have to pick up on the DEF end, and will have to pick up the scoring. I just can't see TOR fading back to less than 40 pts in the 2nd half, and I can see CLE getting close to 57 or so. I would seriously doubt if CLEV can pull out the win, but if they do, we get the OVER in my opinion. More likely is a great run that falls short, but gets the game to 200 or more.

going to pass on this one.... both teams shooing horrible, BOS has launched a ton of 3's, not sure why and with them leading by double digits, I would doubt they try and win by 20 or more. Normally at this low of a score and shooting % I would go over, but too much has to happen and CHAR may just quit..

My first pass of the year!! :shrug:

Hornets down by 18 and look totally outmatched here versus the new look SPURS. After a horrendous 1Q with only 32 points, they came back to ring up 64 in the 2Q. So.... what will we see in the 2nd Half??? :shrug:

Well, I don't know for sure, but I'm guessing N.O. will make some adjustments and CP3 will make it a game at some point. SPURS will cover the closing line, but not win by 20.

they pull within 1 at one point, then down by 10, they dribble out the clock at the end with 15 to go... figures. Lose CLEV cover by 1, OVER by 1 and the two teams combined to miss 4 FT's :scared in the last 1:24. And YES, KING missed two of em....

Like the NUGGETS to come back in this one... both teams are attacking and should continue to do so in 2H. Look for the OVER to come through as well, as DEN can't seem to stop UTAH inside, but they will find a way (BILLUPS) to win.
