HUNTINGTON -- The following information was obtained from Huntington Police Department records:
INDECENT EXPOSURE: A man was arrested Friday night for exposing his sex organ in a movie theater and urinating on a man sitting in front of him.
The incident happened in the Keith Albee Theater, 925 4th Ave., just after midnight Friday. The man urinated onto the back of a man sitting in front of him.
A Kenova man was arrested and charged with battery, indecent exposure and public intoxication. All charges are misdemeanor crimes. He was released on $2,100 bail Saturday morning.
ROBBERY: A woman?s purse was stolen from her hand Saturday on the 500 block of 2nd Street. The woman was walking at approximately 7 p.m. when a man grabbed the purse and ran.
BURGLARY: A man returned home Saturday night after spending nearly two weeks out of town and found pubic hair and pornographic magazines scattered throughout his apartment.
It is believed that someone broke into his home, shaved off his or her pubic hair, scattered it throughout the apartment and then slept in his bed. Nothing was missing from the apartment, and there were no signs of forced entry.
MALICIOUS WOUNDING: A man was struck in the head with a bottle Sunday morning on the 900 block of Marcum Terrace during a fight over a pair of shoes. The fight erupted at approximately 4:25 a.m. and quickly concluded when the man suffered a cut to his head after being struck with the bottle.
INDECENT EXPOSURE: A man wearing nothing but a sheet tied around his neck was arrested at 10:30 a.m. Sunday morning as he walked down the 1000 block of 5th Avenue.
Before the man?s arrest, he attempted to enter the 5th Avenue Baptist Church naked but was stopped by churchgoers. Following the man?s arrest, he kicked the police officer and attempted to escape.
The man was charged with indecent exposure, battery of a police officer and disruption of religious worship. All crimes are misdemeanors. He was being held in the Cabell County Jail Monday afternoon on $15,000 bail.
