Someday America will realize that a year of campaigning and wasted money in Iowa does no one any good at all, doesn't predict anything and whatever relevance it may have ends the day after the vote there.

Best quote today was "As goes Iowa, so goes Iowa."

What a waste of time and attention on a state with as less people than many cities across the country.

Oh yeah, let's also recall that Pat Robertson won the cacuses there. It makes not difference other than having the indirect benefit to the country of knocking Bachman out of the race.

Agree and this guy would be the best nominee this party could come up. But they will run Mitt (John Edwards) Rommey out to get trounced by Obama.

The scary thing is Iowa is probably where Bachman would perform best being from there with a good organization long in place for this run. I'm not sure she's fare well in a Minnesota primary - and I know there will be a strong effort against her here in her next race (hopefully). She is not my rep but I certainly would help in the movement against her if she was.

She is a sad cartoon, but I'm not sure she has enough touch with reality to drop out after being trounced in Iowa.
