UConn -15.5 over St Marys **
I thought I saw this game opened up at -11 and was going to play it big.But I must of read it wrong.
Still like it but not as much.I watched Mary play Seton hall a few weeks ago in the meadowlands. had courtside seats.Mary has no gds. They had 6 or 7 violations on the inbounds. They called 4 timeouts because they couldn't get the ball in.I don't think there coach once called a legitimate time out.Simpson was a nice 6'7 fd who had ups. A good shot blocker but his blocks come from the weak side helping out. He's not going to block straight up shots vs the Huskies. O;Leary i loved. a big 6'7 kid who can shoot and put the ball on the floor.marys problem is there top 4 scorers aren't gds.Smith and hunter are avg and they struggle with there ball handling.Mary on the rd lost to Nev by 22 last week and Cal poly by 13 and the Hall by 9 in OT.
Calhoun is 7-0 and has played nobody. He's got young kids but they can play.Price is the star and he's awesome.Dyson is what everyone thought he would be.Adrein,Robinson,Edwards and kelley are all 6'6 to 6'9 and can run the floor and are athletic.Thabet is the 7'3 kid who is still learning.Huskies will make a lot of mistakes but with Price at the point he has a high basketball IQ.I'm sure Bobby g at the Hall shared all his game info with Calhoun about there game in NJ a few weeks ago.
Think UConn can win this by 20.
L'box graduated yesterday from East Stroudsberg. great ceremony...very proud of her.My father was a teacher,I was a teacher, and my oldest daughter in Texas is a teacher. And now another one enters the profession.Thats two down and two to go.But my son is into computer science at ECU and the one in HS wants to be a nurse like there mother.
